In the original picture (not zoomed in), the bird appears distant, lacking sharpness, and somewhat dark due to backlighting.

However, by processing the RAW file using RawTherapee, I managed to salvage a decent picture and even produce some crops. This demonstrates that achieving satisfactory results doesn’t always require costly software. Maybe it’s more about where you set the bar or what you find acceptable
